Glutenfritt majsknäckebröd !

Whoo Hoo ! 

Jag som verkligen hatar knäckebröd (tycker det är torrt och tråkigt) har blivit frälst utav detta supergoda gula knäckebrödet med massa goda frön ! 
 
  • 2 dl majsmjöl (grovt eller fint, spelar ingen större roll) 
  • 1 dl solrosfrön
  • 1/2 dl linfrön
  • 1/2 dl sesamfrön
  • 1/2 dl melonkärnor (jag tycker det är godare än pumpakärnor, välj själv)
  • 1/2 dl rapsolja
  • 2 dl kokande vatten
  1. Rör ihop alla torra ingredienser i en bunke.
  2. Slå på olja och vatten. 
  3. Rör ihop allt till en jämn smet och kavla ut på plåt med bakplåtspapper. (Kavla imellan 2 bakplåtspapper, då fastnar det inte i kaveln.)
  4. Lägg på flingsalt på den utkavlade massan. (Jag använder chilliflingsalt.) 
  5. Skär rader med en kniv så blir knäckebrödet lite enklare att bryta senare, och lite snyggare bitar.
  6. Grädda 150º C i ca 1 timme.
